What dance exercise videos do you recommend for a person trying to lose weight?I’ve seen that dance exercise video infomercial on TV where they teach Latin American dancing in a workout. Do you know if there’s any with different styles besides that? I guess I’m looking for one that teaches more of an American style. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your answers.

At age 52, I have the opportunity to take retirement income of 58K in a lump sum now. However, I am trying to figure out if it is worth doing so if the tax liablity will be to great. What do you think I should do? Will I be able to reduce the tax liability with normal deductions like on my tax returns?

what are those for we have our sleeve) They drank out of glass goblets (and said can't we just drink out the milk jug) LOL Boys. Your table looks very sophisticated to me. A cloth napkin throws the whole house out of wack here. Your okra looks amazing, wish I could taste it. We have been eating lots of tomatoes around here also. Doesn't it taste better when you know you grew it?
