Totally. I made these at the outset of a particularly busy week and it was amazing to come home and grab one from the fridge for a quick healthy snack or to pack a couple along side a salad or some chopped veggies for lunch. I bet mini crustless quiches would come out well in parchment muffin liners as well!

I think that the most important thing is to be 'you' and over time the people who read you get to know what you are like to a certain extent.Nobody is perfect and people who have no opinion about things are dull.I don't have to agree with every post to like you and like your writing style!It is very hard to bare one's soul completely and really we all need to keep something back...I like you!S

A nice, workable kitchen was near the top of my house hunting wishlist. The one I left in CT was about 350 square feet, this one is nowhere near as fancy, but I love it anyway, plus its less to clean :)~ Sage
